"Cannot recommend this hotel. Would not want anyone to experience what we did."

Breakfast was good and the room clean.

The room was supposed to be a king. Because we had a service dog we were put in a "pet room" that only had queen and were located by the back door with people going in and out all night. Our bed backed up to the ice maker which dropped ice all night. We had to turn the heat on and the unit wasn't working properly and rattled so loud all night . Needless to say, we didn't sleep all night. We’ve traveled for decades all over the world. This was the worst experience ever.

Desk clerk was wonderful, helped with my reservation and changed our room when we found the A/C was nor working correctly. Breakfast was just what we needed to start the next day.

"The stay was okay but could be much better."

The location was in between where we had to go.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. It has pee down beside the toilet and floor. The towels were rough. The headboard wasn’t wiped down. The bed wasn’t comfortable. Didn’t sleep well. Could update the hotel its self. Breakfast wasn’t good at all. Glad I bought snacks.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

The small parking lot by the pool smelled really bad. Like a backed up sewer.
