The check out timing

My room wasn’t clean enough to my standards previously stayed guest socks was left in my floor. Hair was in my shower

I didn't like the lights from the parking lot shining in my room. The curtains should close

Clean room and Good breakfast

had a real problem getting on wifi, but staff helped

This property was NOT clean AT ALL. The bed sheets were not washed and they were stained and the room smelled dirty.

Staff was not helpful, seemed like they were just there for paycheck. This type of attitude should not be in the hospitality business.

I am new to this chain of hotels but am extremely glad that I gave them a try. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is amazing. Last but not least, the staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!
