Anche se la struttura è senza parcheggio, la posizione era strategica e a piedi si girava tranquillamente.

I rumori del piano di sopra, a parte il fatto che fosse una famiglia rumorosa, si sentivano tutti i passi e gli scricchiolii del pavimento.
