I like that the hotel was close to venue I was going to

1). My cost was different from Booking.com and I was required to basically pay for room upfront even though I selected to pay at checkout. The front desk person named Tristan was very rude about it and I was forced to pay 2 separate deposits at check in. 2). I didn't like that there wasn't free parking for hotel guest. 3). I didn't like having to pay for breakfast, thought it was free but it cost $15 each

The hotel was conveniently located near the convention center, restaurants, and shopping, and the pool, restaurant, and serving staff were great. However, our stay was impacted by a strong sulfur smell coming from the bathroom that became overwhelming overnight. The hotel was fully booked, so we couldn’t switch rooms. We also had issues at check-in when staff tried to charge us again for rooms that had already been prepaid through a third party. The front desk did provide complimentary drinks to make up for it. Late at night, I went to the front desk for help with the smell and waited about 20 minutes before someone came out to assist.

All of the staff was amazing. Very friendly as well as accommodating. The hotel was very clean and inviting. I would go back to Minnesota just to stay there again.

The only good thing about this hotel was that there was a decent view towards some buildings downtown.

No parking,Breakfast was the same for the days we stayed there and it was terrible. Rooms are outdated and hotel and room smelled like mildew. Beds were super hard, one of the bed frames was broken. Furniture was dusty. Employees both at the front desk and breakfast had attitude's. This is the first and last time ever staying at a Hilton Garden Inn.
