Check-in and check-out: The reception is open from 06:30 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekdays, and from 07:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekends and public holidays. If you plan on arriving outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel directly. The telephone number is indicated on the confirmation of reservation. Please specify the number and the age of the guests during the reservation process. Please note that special conditions may apply for bookings of 7 rooms or more. Please note that children over 10 years are considered adults if they ask for breakfast Please note that children under 10 or less could request breakfast for 4 EUR For any reservation after 9pm, credit cards will be debited. Our property is open from Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 21:00. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 07:00 to 21:00 Outside of reception opening hours, head to the hotel entrance where a machine allows you to retrieve your room number and access code at any time. To do this, take your booking number and credit card for payment, then follow the instructions displayed on the screen. The access code to your room also opens the gate and the door of the hotel lobby if applicable.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
