Propreté globale, literie impec, calme général, insonorisation plutôt bonne, clim intérieure efficace et facile à régler.

Surface globale trop petite pour 4 personnes. Coin cuisine étriqué donnant directement sur la porte de la salle de bains, absolument pas pratique pour circuler dans cette partie de l'appartement. Prix trop élevé des parkings intérieurs et en sous-sol.
