Liked the location

There was no instructions re where rubbish(no plastic bags provided)&recycle to go.Dryer didn't work properly.Office should be open longer-never open when I needed information and customer service wasn't good.For the price I paid I'd expect better-overpriced

great location and place was clean and tidy. the permanent residents were always polite and happy and generally up for a quick chat:

could do with some more basics like tongs and scales (seems silly but they are important for people with certain medical conditions like diabetes to correctly dose for food) dryer wasn’t completely drying clothes but was manageable.

The layout of the apartment was excellent and it was great to have such large balconies! The apartment was clean, fresh and nicely furnished. The bags of ice in the freezer was a fabulous idea! The beds were very comfortable, it was definitely a home away from home!

Unfortunately the air conditioning upstairs broke down and the technicians couldn’t get there until our 3rd day and of course that happened to be the hottest day of our stay! 🥵 Although our host tried their best to keep us comfortable with fans and air coolers. Just a suggestion to add a couple of pairs of tongs to the kitchen and instructions on how to turn the cooktop on, as we thought we knew, but it just wouldn’t work for us🤪lucky there was an electric frypan! 😊

it had great new, clean, furniture and renovations. It was a lovely comfortable experience.

I only have one single issue and that was some damp carpets after they had just been shampooed which left a tiny bit of a smell in the room, however, other than that absolutely no complaints.

the view was good

the property was dirty cleaners didn’t clean properly alcohol can was left where a child can reach it. food & more cans left under the bed dust in the vents , air-conditioner didn’t work so left to sweet of a night time then was asked to wash & fold the towels due to departure. after paying a $380 cleaning fee upon booking
