Embassy Suites Columbus - Airport

The breakfast included a “made to order” omelet station. Snacks and drinks were free during happy hour.

Coffee available all the time in the lobby, not just during breakfast.

We stayed at this Embassy Suites location from Friday through Monday for a national youth bowling tournament. Overall the stay was average. The rooms were large but the cleaning was just okay. Stocking of consumable items like shower gel and towels was terrible. We arrived to no shower gel, a handful of Kleenex, 1 wash towel & 2 bath towels. This was only resolved after our 2nd request to the front desk (1st request was 8 hrs earlier). Breakfast was amazing and well stocked. We weren’t able to join the evening reception as the bowling squads ran too late. The lobby was spacious with plenty of room to have the team and parents meet after a long day on the lanes. There were issues in the area with car break ins but we had been pre-warned and removed everything from our car. Overall an average stay.

Horrible experience. Room was a sauna, beds still had previous occupants sheets, comforter and socks in/on the bed, NO INTERNET making me miss an important work zoom meeting, fridge didn't work and microwave was filthy. I've never experience all that in 1 room the first night in my 20+ years of staying at a Hilton hotel. No manager was ever there. I was truly disappointed. I filed a complaint, only to be told 5 days later(when I had to call to followup) that the case has been closed and they compensated me points🤬. This Hilton hotel was truly giving Red Roof Inn animities. I definitely didn't get what I paid for.
