I have been coming to this hotel for years, but I have to say that I would never write with a review if I haven’t seen the great changes that was made by Imane. Since her arrival everything has changed and different desk has been more hospitable and more efficient. I am impressed with her patience, Smile, availability, and sense of hospitality. This review may sound focused on one person but that’s because I am a professional tourism and hospitality in Morocco, and they know that people are the ones that can make an experience memorable for the opposite. Imane is a gem for this hotel.

"Tolle Lage aber sonst sehr enttäuschend"

Die Lage am Fluss und der Blick auf das neue Theatre Royale ist fantastisch. Das Abendessen war gut und der Kellner sehr nett. Die Hotellobby wurde gerade renoviert und machte beim Check in einen guten Eindruck.Als wir uns wegen vielen Mängeln beim Hoteldirektor beschwerten, war dieser sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll und erzählte, dass die Hotelzimmer bald renoviert werden.

Das Hotel liegt neben eines Disco, die extrem laut ist. Bis 2 Uhr früh konnten wir demnach nicht schlafen. Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr schmutzig. Der Teppich ( auch im Flur) hat viele Flecken, das Bad hat verdreckte Fugen und die Armaturen sind schlecht geputzt. Das Telefon am Bett total verdreckt. Alle Türrahmen sind abgeschlagen. Das Personal am Frühstück war sehr unaufmerksam und unfreundlich. Unser Tisch wurde erst nach Aufforderung gedeckt und das sehr lieblos. Wir würden nicht mehr wiederkommen.

We arrived at Dawliz hotel early. Our rooms were ready for us. The room was clean. Very roomy. Nice bathroom. Clean. The spa is not to be missed! The service was excellent. The staff very service oriented and attentive. Beyond my expectations. The restaurant food was very good. The food prices were comparable to the US. No bargain there. The white wine was excellent.
