Breakfast was a little cold. Excessive prices on items in reception. Small water £4.98. Unreasonable.

Nothing it was all beautiful! The smell when you walk in wow! I asked what it was but staff didn’t know!

It was opposite the AO arena. The bed was so comfy, loved the pillows felt like I was on a cloud 🤗

The drinks at the bar was very expensive and we got charged 2 different prices for the same round 🤔
