"It was a short notice from our arrival but we got a place to stay, overall really good!"

Everything! It was nice! Breakfast was nice and I just loved it

Mhmm not that I didn’t like the property it’s just that my room had dirty toilet paper in the trash when we had got there

"Worst experience in a hotel"

It was fairly clean

Our 1st room, the door didn't lock, they moved us to a 2nd room and the bed foundation was completely broken, causing the bed to sink, they moved us to a 3rd room, this time was a "suite" for our inconvenience and we had an issue with the hot water and springs popping through the mattress. The worst 2 night stay that my mom and I ever experienced. We were visiting Florida because my brother had brain surgery. We were already exhausted considering the circumstances, but this made our visit almost unbearable.

"Will not recommend others to stay here."

Had to leave for airport shuttle before breakfast served. Room was top floor and right under flight path, but never heard a single plane 😊

Room was small & cramped; could barely squeeze between hall wall & dresser. Mattress was not good and bedding was less than desirable. Room not totally cleaned- food left in fridge. Staff was not friendly & hospitable.

"Do better"

Beds were comfortable. Good number of pillows. One of few that still have a hottub, that's a plus. Breakfast was better than other hotels I've stayed at. They have biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, bread and bagels to toast and muffins. Could have been a meat option.

The room I booked wasn't available. I booked a 2 queen with sofa bed. Had to fit 4 adults and 1 child in a 2 queen room. Lady at the desk seamed like she could care less that we had to fit in a smaller room. Needed a stepstool to get into the tub to take a shower. Quite a big step up. Drinks and snacks in the stack machine were overpriced even for a hotel, $2.50 for a 12oz soda??? Could use more options and more seating in the breakfast area. Coffee and hot water weren't hot more like luke warm.
