"Always Be Available!"

I like that it's close to my parents & Wawa is across the street for those late night munches. The rooms are clean, no extra bells & whistles. Breakfast always good to have with coffee available all day. Cookies are available till gone. Front desk, not always someone there to answer the phone, check in or ask a question. This needs much improvement.

Front desk not always available. You can hear employees talking in the back, they will say be right with you, but they will finish their conversation first. I tried to get a wake up call, but no one answered the phone. Front Desk should ALWAYS have someone there to assist you in whatever needs you have. I use to be a secret shopper with experience in Restaurants, conventions & meeting rooms, plus a bar/tavern type place for people too meet up.
