Staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Rooms are comfortable, property is quiet and sits next to a lake so the view is great.

Ice machine was down for a short time but they quickly fixed it.

The overall experience was positive, with the exception of the housekeeping service, which removed the towels from my room before I returned from breakfast. The front desk staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. Thank you for your assistance.
