Bed and bedding was quite nice. Lagoon pool looked good.

Our room only had a sheer blind. There were no curtains or block outs it opened straight to the car park. I don't think I've ever felt less privacy in a hotel. I did mention this on check out and they said they would check with house keeping if curtains had been removed. It didn't look like anything had been removed from the room. An apology would have been nice.

"even though it rained for the 3 days, after we got transferred to another room we had a relaxing wee"

After being disappointed with our room, the next day we went to reception and spoke to a lovely young receptionist who was able to transfer us to another room which was lovely , a great view, and it made the room feel brighter which we were very thankful for, as most of the weekend were heavy showers but we could on balcony and take the view in

when we arrived in our room, after paying for a poolside room, the view was a palm tree, hardly any pool view, last visit a couple of years ago we couldn't even sit on balcony because palm leaves were hanging over balcony, so you can imagine how we felt this time, We own a 6 Day a week business and we can't get away very much
