Location, facilities, easy check in , helpful & pleasant employees. Good selection for breakfast.

Didn’t see any designated disabled parking bays. The lift seemed shaky & unstable. Tea selection in our room was all herbal no black tea. When our room was serviced, the water wasn’t replenished, & cups were not washed.
