Serenity Apartments Noosa

The 3 bedroom apartments are very large in size. Great quiet spot, with big balcony’s. Pool is also quite modern. We loved our stay and would highly reccomend for groups as the bedrooms are nicely spaced apart from eachother.

Check in during peak summer season closed at 11:30am. We weren’t advised on this early time; lucky one person in our group arrived early prior to this time but this was a bit annoying. Especially for checkout as we could not hold our bags there.

The area is quite central, and the apartment is very large, spacious, and well furnished. The swimming pool is lovely and definitely a plus.

We would like to report some cleanliness issues we experienced during our stay. Unfortunately, the apartment was not very clean, particularly the kitchen. We found the microwave extremely dirty, as well as the cutlery, pans, and the cooking area. As a result, we had to rewash everything before using it. Additionally, there was leftover frozen food in the refrigerator, which is not acceptable. We hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the standard of cleanliness for future guests.

The size of the unit and balcony were great.

There were cockroaches and baby ones, we were left 4 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 4 for 6 days and 3 dishwashing tablets so i had to buy more. You weren't allowed noise or to kick the footy or to play in the pool. Really wasn't much to do around the area and was quite boring. Wouldn't rush back. The bed in the main room was small for 2 adults and quite uncomfortable.

I liked how everything was in close proximity and Hastings street (the Main Street) is just a short walk. It was very clean and the pool was amazing

The apartment was super spacious and clean and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. Everything worked perfectly and the staff were always lovely and helpful.

Flywire entry door had no closer. Lots of door slamming noise from neighbours.
