la ubicacion es muy buena muy buena ayuda del conserje JULIO el cual me sacó de un apuro con mi auto, muchas gracias

sin internet en habitaciones, cuando reclamé dijeron que lo arreglaban pero estuvo cortado toda mi estancia de 4 días la piscina pesimamente mantenida, aseo de areas comunes descuidado, el tv cable no funciona ya que no tiene ninguna suscrpcion a nada y ademas aunque tengas tu cuenta propia de streaming, no hay internet..........

Amabilidad del personal y apoyo para resolver los problemas.

Estado de mantenimiento del lugar, mal olor a humedad en baños, suciedad y hongos en las duchas. Habíamos arrendado una cabaña, pero estaba en muy malas condiciones. Llegamos muy tarde, el personal del hotel fue muy amable, nos acomodaron en una habitación doble del hotel, al día siguiente accedieron a devolvernos el resto de la estadía y nos movimos a otro lugar.
