A comfortable but very modest room with the basics on offer. Clean & tidy. An ironing board, an iron, an additional duvet (Hamilton very cold in Winter) would have been well received.

Place is clean however are expectation failed as we chose this motel because of its facilities. Pool and spa are not available. Pool is dirty and spa is under construction.

Not great to see a Police car there talking to people in the next unit. Unit was very clean and tidy and updated nicely, but the beds were very hard and I was awoken by the people in the unit next door arguing at 1.30am. More soundproofing between units?

Should have been renovated many years ago. Everything operated as it should, staff were freindly and the room looked okay from outside. The room however needed dragging out of the 80,s. I suspect there is no need to renovate due to the motels position near to major sporting arenas. No reason for the owners to let the room descend into such a shabby state.
