Ra the on-site Manager was excellent to deal with and when we struck a problem was there quickly to sort.

Exceptionally friendly host, the rooms were a good size, and close access to local supermarket. Short drive to Tauranga city centre and Mount Maunganui. Well appointed kitchen, and uber eats delivers promptly. Nice sized swimming pool, and relaxing area to lounge in around it. Ample off street parking.

Aside from a rather odd guest in the room opposite ours, who would stand in his doorway watching you in just his underwear (less than ideal with our 6 year old daughter) and not having really any way to achieve privacy save for shutting our curtains - the only other thing that would have been amazing is just a small armchair or similar in the room, the dining chairs were our only option to sit aside from laying on the bed.
