Lakeland Resort Taupo

Lovely smile from a receptionist on arrival along with a bottle of milk, and the affordable price.

I knew there’s no kitchen in our room but plates and basic cutlery would have been nice (we had cups, tea spoons and wine glasses).

Location.

The room is old but clean and the bed is comfortable. Price is cheaper than others quoting in Taupō but expensive as compared with other places I travelled like kiakuora Nelson Christchurch Auckland, given the quality.

Good location. Accommodation suitable for what we needed. Staff were friendly. Meal at the restaurant was very nice.

Bed was avit soft, I like a firm bed because of my back issues

The shower was nearly non existent your could hear neighbours and when they turned there shower on you could hear it clearly (noisey)

Bed wasn’t very comfortable Dehumidifier needed in room because it was very damp and unfortunately could hear rodents in the ceiling above

There are a lot Ants inside the cutlery tray
