Loved our stay here great apartment, amenities older style however very clean, good kitchen setup, easy walk to town.

This is budget accommodation, only thing the room didn’t have is air conditioning. The reception was very good and the general cleanliness was very good. We stopped here as a break in driving, only thing I’d say is it’s a small town, most food places close early so the pub is the main option if buying meals. The room is well set up if you are going to prepare something yourself.

Comfortable and friendly stop in a useful location when we were travelling up through the centre of South Island. Quiet location. Fresh milk provided in a bottle which made a very nice change.

Lovely reception staff, clean rooms with all facilities in place, and clear instructions on check in and check out. A great town to stay after a long day driving, although keep an eye on last order. Would highly recommend!
