"AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT GRAND CANYON WESTERN RANCH!"

10.0

My husband and I had a business trip to Vegas and decided to take a few extra days to head out of town to visit Lake Mead, the Hoover Dam, and the Grand Canyon and we stayed two nights at the Grand Canyon Western Ranch. I rarely leave reviews but I just had to jump on here to say what an amazing experience this was! In a world where everyone is constantly connected- taking time to 'digitally detox' and disconnect was a breath of fresh air! There is no Wi-Fi or TVs and you eat your meals with random strangers which was an unexpected delight! We met a wonderful couple from France, doctors from Austria and various other families from across the states! Our cabin was cozy, the grounds charming, and the staff went out of their way to provide everything we needed. We loved ending our evenings out at the campfire with the incredibly warm and talented Mr. Casey playing his guitar and harmonica. We definitely recommend the sunset horseback ride where they provide a glass a champagne (or Sprite!) and we can't wait to return with our kids!!! :)

"Internet and stay"

10.0

Everything I wanted it to be! You will remember this place forever if you stay a day. Cowboy Casey was everything! You have to go on a wagon ride! Was able to get sporadic internet at hotel. I did use a hotspot which might have helped. Loss of internet is only at hotel. If you leave hotel you get internet again.

The staff were great and the entertainment and meals were excellent. Be warned if you can't live without phone service and wifi, its not for you, on the other hand you want great experience just do it.

Our time was short there but so worth it. Very beautiful. If we cross paths this way again it will be a must stay.

All personnel there were welcoming, helpful, and warm. The settings were very "Western Style". They have camp- fire after dinner time and most of guests there got around the fire and had Smore's after dinner. No or very slow internet connection but it was nice for me. Perfect getaway place to relax.

Grand Canyon Western Ranch was such a wonderful highlight to our trip. It was a pleasure to have met Ms. Kim, Cowboy Casey, and Cowboy John. Being a girl from MS, the hospitality was special. You don’t get that everywhere. We had breakfast and dinner on site. The pricing was fair and the food was delicious. We took a sunset horse ride and sat by campfire at night with Cowboy Casey playing his guitar and singing. Our trip to Grand Canyon West would not have been the same without the Ranch.

"Go meet Arizona Casey!"

10.0

So much fun! We went in search of a simple horse ride, and stayed 2 hours longer to enjoy the restaurant, Arizona Casey’s beautiful music and try our hand at the gun range. The staff are so lovely, we felt very at home. Our ranch guide Colton was helpful and knowledgeable, we had a great ride with him. The environment is beautiful, the historic ranch house makes a wonderful little restaurant, yummy food and hot coffee. A great stop.

"A must see and do"

10.0

Oh what a great time we had. This is a hidden gem. They have a few wooden cabins which are small but the bed was comfy and the vibe was great. It was very cold the nights we were there but the cabin was toasty warm and had an extra electric heater in the bathroom to keep the floor warm. ( If you know much about cabins, you know the bathroom floors are always cold) They had a big bonefire at night and the vibe depends on the crowd. One night it was just my husband and a few other men and they sat around and drank a little whiskey and apparently had a ball. On the night I attended, it was couples and solo travelers, and we all chatted while Casey sang great songs and told local folklore. Casey the Ranch Hand, also took us to the top of the ranch to see live Bichon which was an amazing sight. The place has a small little restaurant that serves several items for dinner but for breakfast it was either a pancake breakfast or a big eggs, bacon, potato breakfast. I had both and both were very good. I would say this is a must do if you are visiting the area! Thanks Casey, You were the BEST!
