"Highly Recommend staying at The Ambassador."

Kerry-Anne and Jarrod were amazing hosts and really made our stay enjoyable. The facilities and cleanliness were top notch. Always accommodating with any questions or requests. The day to day servicing of our rooms during the week there was a God send especially with a 4 year old. The extra chocs were a great bargaining tool. Thank you again Kerry-Anne and Jarrod.

Nothing directly with the Ambassador. But would have loved some better weather to make use of the BBQ area and my young fella would have loved more swimming time in the pool.

Staff here were amazing, we were staying for Aims so in late and out early most of the time but we had everything we needed and communication was great.

"Fitted our needs perfectly"

I had an early admission to Tauranga hospital for surgery with an overnight stay. We travelled to Tauranga the night before. Our room was a good size with kitchenette, dining table and 2 lounge chairs. A comfy king size bed. It was modern, warm, clean and quiet. We were close to the hospital, for my husband to be able to return to and relax. The facilities close by are a bonus. It suited our stay. It is definitely one of the nicer motels we have stayed in for a while. Highly recommend.
