Warm welcome from lady at check in. When providing detergent for the laundry, even asked if I was sensitive! Swimming pool was small, but was around 26 deg C. Wife had a swim whilst laundry was being done. Comfortable Beds, Able to park right outside room.

The room was exceptionally well presented and the cleanliness was outstanding. Staff were very polite and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were excellent. Location was nice and central for us and would definitely recommend the Ambassador to anyone.

The location could not have been better for the things we had to do. It is on a busy road but the back exit made it easy to get in to town without having to navigate the traffic.There is a bbq and a pool which we didn’t use but if you have children it would probably be a good thing to keep them entertained on a hot day. The management team(sorry didn’t get your names) are so helpful and friendly. If I ever need an overnight in Tauranga again I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a ring and make a booking.

Hummm. Hard to fault. Hotels motels these days do have a very chemically cleaned smell. It’s all of them. I think it’s a covid hangover. I don’t use chemical cleaners in my house so it is noticeable if you are sensitive, but I got use to it. At least you know it’s clean!

My partner and son really enjoyed our stay at the Ambassador Motor Inn. Kerry-Anne was so lovely and welcoming, and I got to meet her beautiful exotic cats which I loved, being a cat lover myself. Our one bedroom apartment was perfect for a last minute booking. The beds were super comfortable, it had everything we needed, and it was nice and cosy. We also got fresh towels, flannels, and yummy chocolate treats every day loved it! It’s pretty close to everything too. I’d definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. Thank you Kerry-Anne and family! 🙏🏽❤️

We visited and required an early book in and Kerry Anne was awesome to deal with . the unit we had was very nice and suited our basic needs as a couple. the general area around the motel was very neat and tidy. Bed was excellent and al linnen was clean and fresh and the bathroom and shower was nice also. Over all very pleased . Thank you. Great value for money.
