We liked the facilities. Very clean & tidy. Comfortable big bed. We also appreciated the communication from the owner Neil, he was very responsive. We would definitely stay again 🙂

We had trouble sleeping initially from a group of young people running on the balcony after 11pm. Also, we had trouble with the wifi in our room with some of the TV channels.

The staff are lovely. The extra little touches are nice, chocolate, a candle and bubble bath for the spa. Parking was great. Room clean as a whistle.

The bed wasn't particularly comfortable More channels on the TV would have been good.

Everything. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and informative. The unit was clean and tidy, well equipped and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when back in Palmerston North.

Absolutely nothing, there is nothing to not like about this property.

The location was perfect for me, the room was a good size. I like the little kitchenette, there is enough scope to prepare a meal or two. Towels and linen, were plentiful and good quality. All staff were friendly and helpful. Really nice to have access to a laundry.

All the pillows were the same, which gave no scope for choice. I like something a little higher and firmer. I felt that the mattress was starting to show its age in just one area ,probably where everyone sits to watch TV. I could not see how the bathroom heater was supposed to turn on.
