Older Facilty, very well maintained and very clean. Owners were amazing, did everything possible to accommodate my needs and did so without fail. They even let me use their bbq grill for ribeyes. Less than $100 for 2 nights. Without a question an excellent value in lodging. Will stay here every time I am in Dodge City, Kansas
We stayed here on a road trip to CO. The staff at check-in was unfriendly, did not even say “hello” and later asked why we booked through a site rather than with them directly. For a moment she said she did not want us to stay there and we should figure out how to get the fee back since we were past the cancellation window. We had just finished a 12 hour trip so did want any hassle. There was a plastic barrier between guest and staff but she did not wear a mask and there was no hand sanitizer. Apparently we had not booked a room in which pets were allowed which were either smoking rooms or a room upstairs. We took the room upstairs which was a struggle for our dog because the stairs are metal bars. The room was “tired” and dark, warped flooring with old carpeting. Stains on the walls and ceiling. The surfaces appeared to not have been cleaned in a while as there were glass/bottle rings, dust, smudges on lamp light switches and other light switches. There was a fridge and TV (we did not use). It was loud because the windows were old and it was right on the main road. We were charge extra for a “dog room” and an extra dog fee. For a poorly maintained place like this it was overpriced.
The check in was easy and pleasant.
No matter where you stay on Wyatt Earp Blvd., there's traffic noise .

We arrived very late due to a car problem. but the manager was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Due to COVID 19 the breakfast was not available but he explained it to us and apoligized as well.
