Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville - Atlantic Beach by IHG

The property was being renovated elevators smelled was dirty and dusty.. they put me in a room on a floor that was being completely renovated 30 painters sheetrock people I broke out in hives just looking at room 2 mins tops. was put in smaller room. still very noisy and the beds were very uncomfortably. was not a good experience at all

This place was a mess. They were painting the hallway and we had to put up with the smell. The tv, telephone, WiFi didn’t work. The pool was nasty and the outdoor poolside toilet was covered in poop. There was no indoor pool available as said in the advertisement. The fridge leaked water. The toilet handle was broken. I feel like I should get a refund.

Room was large, breakfast was good, nice facility. Did need more hooks or shelves in bathroom

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. One of the breakfasts we have had at a hotel. Clean and excellent customer service. they are very helpful at the desk.

Front desk was nice. Just the hotel has to many cats hanging around the property.
