I wish to greatly thank Yolanda Coronado, General Manager, for resolving with enormous grace and humanity a major snafu with Denny´s next door, which provided expired dining coupons to hotel guests then refused to honor them, on top of a heap of other Denny´s fiascos. Ms. Coronado provided a level of understanding and kindness that guarantee we will return to and recommend Candlewood Suites.

"Ideal base if you're visiting Roswell."

Free laundry facilities, friendly staff, small but well maintained gym and pool. A small shop with essentials and snacks, and a facility to borrow things like books and board games. Free parking.

The outside was okay.

We checked in and went into our room and the room had not been cleaned. The beds looked like someone had slept in them since blankets were not made. They did offer to give us a different room but we decided to get refund. I felt like they just didn’t keep up with their cleaning.
