"Horrible staff and bathrooms"

Location was great. Rooms were a great size

I booked two rooms 7 months ago and wanted side by side, connecting rooms due to traveling with my elderly parents and they put me in a connecting room and my parents 3;rooms down on the 4th floor- top of the hotel. My cabinet had broken doors and no bottom shelf. The A/C did not work. The faucets in the bathroom, sink and tub, were so like scaled that the water trickled. My comforter had stains which I did not see until the morning. They would not let me use an alternate card for the booking. They would not give me a receipt. The lady at the front desk recommended 2; restaurants and they both were closed. WOULD NOT stay here again
