The room was clean for the most part, with the exception of a few hairs in the bathroom

First staff member was ok, not very social, second staff had no control of guests who consistently played loud music and after 5 times of calling front desk, I was moved at 11pm to resolve it

The pool was so cold the kids could not be in more than 15 mins . You all said it was heated it is not !! When you walk in the pool area it is colder than the main lobby. The food was ok .

It was quite.

The hotel needs updated. The bathroom floors looked like they had dirty spots but it was the tile from being worn. The beds didn't fit the frames and there was dust and dirt between the wall and the bed.
