On the first morning breakfast attendant was super friendly and fast service. 2nd time we went for breakfast thought it would be our best option on Labor Day ended up being really understaffed felt sorry for the breakfast attendant who had only her serving a full restaurant by herself. It took an hour and a half to get our food and we were on a tight schedule but knew it wasn't her fault. Bed was very uncomfortable with spring popping into what i had was an already bad back. Many long black hairs on shower wall and shampoo dispenser. Hot tub was nice. 2nd time staying here but hopefully next time the beds will be replaced by then.

Best stay of my trip! I was in Colorado for 17 days, traveling from east to west, and never stayed in a more comfortable, quiet and pleasant place than here. My room was large, well equipped, and quiet,.the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rate was excellent!I will stay here again!

"Perfect spot next to the Harley Dealership"

We arrived two hours early after a long motorcycle trip, tired and hopeful for an early check-in. Itzel was so accommodating and made the process smooth, which we truly appreciated. We arrived for dinner at 8:30 pm, and Carmen kindly let us know they closed at 9pm. She was welcoming, helpful, and never made us feel rushed. We appreciated her great service—she’s an excellent bartender and server.

There was a large hole in the window screen, and it appeared that a dog had chewed up the nightstand. At 4:55 pm, the front desk staff member seemed more absorbed in her book than in assisting guests.

The microwave stand was really unstable. The freezer flap on the refrigerator was broken. The king bed is really hard
