Nothing except location

Right from check in. We had to wait for almost 45 minutes for check in. The staff wasn't clear at all. I had done my booking directly but they were asking me about some group. When we entered our suit (424) we were shocked. There was a dead pigeon in the room (balcony). Toilet was smelling badly. Staff came and sorted these two issues. There is no place to hang towel in bathroom and there were no hand towels. We went for drinks in bar and then we came to our room for dinner. The beer bottle was smelling very badly. The worst was in night around 12, I was in deep sleep, I got a call for food payments. I told them repeatedly that will do that in morning but they kept on calling. They just did not listen. It was so annoying. The other major issue was breakfast. Most of the others were not upto mark. Specially the idlis. I forgot to take the picture otherwise would have posted. What I did not like most was the behaviour, cooperation and understanding of staff.

There was nothing much to like as the stay was rather unpleasant.

The in room dining never works and when you phone the reception they ask you to dial the restaurant. No Diet Coke was available in the menu when I stayed and they said that stock was over. Food was average. No plug points near the working tables in the rooms and in my room the plug points did not work that too in a suite room. Very dimly lit rooms with yellow light and it is a strain on the eyes. The reception staff is also very confused. The staff at the breakfast refused to get us food at the table and said that it was a self service breakfast and made a dirty face as though they were doing us a favour serving us. The staff in the kitchen were fighting and abusing and it was audible in the restaurant. There was no omlette chef and it took 20 min to get an omlette. No cheese in the buffet.
