The washroom,it needs pest control.

Room are really specious and house keeping team is really doing good job along

Need to focus on maintenance. I was their for 2 night 3 days and daily j need facility team to address TV issue. Ac remote was not working. Need to ask for dental kit.

1. Without checking the booking ID, they denied booking is not reflecting in their system. And instead of helping asking customer to check with third party( booking.com). 2. They aaaume that given card details are not correct. 3. After forcing them to use the same card and get it confirm that the given card details are correct, they confirm that your check-in is already done and now reflecting in system. 4. Property is not maintained properly. All Check-In issues done at 12.00 night.

The location and the room were amazing. The breakfast was decent

The staff appeared to be unhappy and were sullen most of the time. The room service is bad - it took over 45 minutes to get the easiest things to be ready, which are French fries and a chocolate milk shake. I had to call up twice to ask for my order. When served ,the milk shake was watery and tasteless, The tea got over early during breakfast and they took a lot of time to replenish it. The staff were not courteous at all. The plate was cleared after 12 hours, I had to keep it outside. When i got my order, I was told to pay upfront rather than settling it later at the time of check out.
