"Dont stay here!"

Nothing!

there were no forks for breakfast, the parking lot was being revealed so they wouldn't allow us to park on the hotels property but in a back lot not attached which they didnt tell us until after we checked in. The ac was loud, the beds uncomfortable, and had to go back down to the front desk twice and my key card wouldn't work.

The AC in the room was on but it was broken Called the front desk and was told nothing could be done So I had to cover the ac unit with pillows and a blanket The room was freezing

"Great option for a quick stop in Rochester."

Breakfast was great. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful.

The room had ongoing maintenance with the blackouts. It was managed, but only after we asked for a solution.

"A fun adventure with the Grandkids"

Location was great for our adventures while in Rochester….Strong Museum of Play and Seneca Park Zoo.

Pool area could have been a little cleaner but the fact that it was indoors was great.

The location was great. The breakfast was good.

I reserved my room a month early, and yet I waited 2 hours to check in because they couldn't fund find my reservation on their end of only through the booking. Com because their manager didn't do things correctly and cancel and change my old dates for the new ones.
