There is no restaurant for dinner

Absolutely beautiful location. Very safe. Great for couples or young families. Not the best hotel for teens. The hotel has mainly residential retiree's vacationing. A car is a must, as the hotel is quite far away from many things.

It's a little dated, no kettle or toaster which we found strange. Shower in main bedroom does not work. Bar for refreshments closed at 11.00am and pool is closed at 6.00pm.

Nice location on the rock, you can listen to the ocean and that's great. The apartment has a big balcony facing the ocean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. 1

The location is unique, the view was beautiful.

The surrounding of the hotel is absolutely stunning. On one side, you can see Teide while on the other, you have great view on the ocean. The view from the room is directly at the Playa de Los Roques and it was lovely to sleep with open terrace to hear the ocean at night. What we really liked was the personel, whether it was at reception or a pool bar, everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though it was end of November, we had a great weather and had a chance to spend two days by the pool. The pool surrounding is tidy, water was clean and additionally, the pool was heated, so it was still refreshing, but not too cold experience to take a swim. Our little son loved the turtles by the pool. We also took advantage of the car rental that cooperates with the hotel and it was very comfortable. They brought the car to the hotel, we signed papers at the reception and the drop-off again was done at the reception couple days later. Can only recommend if you don't rent the car directly at the airport. All in all, if we visit Tenerife again in the future, this will be our place to stay, no questions asked.

I cannot think about a single thing I would change. Everything was great.

No electric kettle, limited cutlery.. no egg flip, no lemon orange squeeze, no toaster. geckos/ lizards got in. charging for weighing luggage: 1 euro per item. mean. should be free. stingy. need car.
