Lumberville 1740 House

We had a great time. The staff was lovely and breakfast delicious. Close enough to different activities without being in the heart of it all. The view was lovely and relaxing

Our stay at the 1740 House far exceeded our expectations. Our room was larger than it appeared to be online and had a private patio with a stunning, direct view of the Delaware River. The service was exceptional and the complimentary breakfast served each day is better than anywhere else. Will certainly be back!

Lovely B&B with a beautiful view overlooking the Delaware River. Room was very nice - my only complaint was the bed was too soft for me.

The property is beautiful. We had a nice view of the river from our balcony. There’s easy access to the canal walk not far from the Inn. Close to New Hope but far enough away from the bustle of Main Street. We had a great stay!

This is a charming inn right beside the Delaware River. There are fabulous views from every room as well as the multiple patios and decks. And it's obvious that the innkeepers, who are wonderfully hospitable, pay great attention to all the details.

Very romantic! Our room was very clean and Staff was very friendly. We could lay in bed and view the River from the large picture window. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Lovely inn. Morning run on the tow path is a treat. Or bring your binoculars and watch the kingfishers jays and warblers.

Nice place to stay but the showers are terrible.
