"Good service and amenities."

Location was Idea for our purpose - funeral home across the road which we were attending a family funeral at. Also great bar and restaurant onsite which catered to our extended family for drink and dinner after. Clean and tidy. Our second stay at this accomodation. Very practical and still close to the city. Staff were thoughtful and kind allowing early check in for several rooms of our family due to the funeral being at 2pm.

Shower would be good temperature for 2. minutes then go boiling hot for 30 second and back down again.

I stay at the Auto Lodge whenever I travel to New Plymouth as it meets my needs: good location, cleanliness & comfortability. Great supply of towels I liked that.

The cupboard where the kitchen related items were stored had a slight musty smell, which I did not leave my food in.

"Very handy for what we wanted, a good stopover"

Good value and good central position

It is a bit tired. Could do with some e renovation. It was clean but bathroom could do with updating.
