Great friendly staff, good location and value for money

We arrived late afternoon and our room was very cold, eventually found a fan heater in a wardrobe to take the chill off. Really needs a heat pump or central heating

Happy with the room and friendly staff.

Our experience would be much better without all the noise( banging yelling etc till later in evening 😞) There were lots of youngsters, a sport event we later understood. Would be nice if we were informed b4.

Location was ideal for us, staff were friendly in welcoming us and everything in the room met our needs.

N/A. Everything was great for us. The only downside was we didn't utilise the pool, we ran out of time.
