這次的入住體驗雖然中間有小插曲，但謝謝吳經理及漢來的服務人員們積極地為我們處理及解決問題。整體的體驗感滿分！連假看得出來飯店客量極大，但服務品質依然不變喔！

去年に引き続き、とても良かったので今年もこのホテルにしました。 リクエスト通りの部屋を用意していただき、更にハーバービューにアップグレードでした。 朝ご飯が毎日楽しみでした。スタッフは親切で快適な滞在になりました。デパートと繋がっているし、近くに夜市もあり、またライトレール駅にも近い とてもおすすめホテルです。また、滞在したいです
