Hospitality at its finest. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire team at Radisson Blu Tbilisi. Starting with Mr. Giga — a true gentleman who made us feel less like guests and more like friends visiting his home. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care turned what could have been a routine check-in after a tiring journey into a memorable experience. His kindness toward my child, always accompanied by a welcoming smile, did not go unnoticed. I would also like to recognize Lazare, one of the trainees. Despite being only 17 years old, he is exceptionally sharp, courteous, and welcoming. He made every interaction feel natural and friendly, as if I were speaking with a trusted neighbor. Special thanks as well to the other trainee (whose name I unfortunately forgot), and to the two wonderful ladies at the hotel who were always kind and cheerful with my son. Their warmth made him feel comfortable throughout our stay. In truth, every single staff member we encountered contributed to this experience, including the security guards who consistently greeted us with smiles and kindly opened doors for us. A few constructive observations that I hope will help make an already excellent hotel even better. During our stay, it was raining, and I noticed that the exterior glass could have been cleaned more frequently. The view is one of the hotel’s greatest assets, and cleaner windows would allow guests to fully enjoy it. I recently stayed at the Biltmore, and the glass there was so spotless that it almost felt invisible. I would also suggest reviewing the room curtains. As someone who is very sensitive to light while sleeping, I found it difficult to make the room completely dark. Improved blackout curtains would greatly enhance the sleeping experience. Another small detail relates to the bathroom lighting. Currently, the ceiling lights and mirror lights operate together. It would be wonderful if they could be controlled separately. There were moments when I wanted to enjoy a relaxing bath with only the soft mirror lighting, but that was not possible with the current setup. These are minor observations in what was otherwise an outstanding stay. I share them only because I genuinely believe this hotel has the potential to be among the very best. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality, and I can confidently say that I will be returning to your beautiful hotel in the future.
