Ordine pulizia e ottimo cibo.

Struttura ben tenuta, personale qualificato dalla ristorazione ,all'animazione fino ad arrivare al tutto il personale sia della spiaggia (piscina) che agli addetti alla pulizia. Occhio di riguardo soprattutto alle varie intolleranza, dalla celiachia, al senza lattosio, al cibo vegano o per chi è in stato di gravidanza. Io personalmente ringrazio lo chef Giovanni che si è occupato esclusivamente del senza glutine per me e alla responsabile di sala Eleonara che si é occupata di me assieme allo chef. Viaggio spesso e non mi è mai capito di trovare una struttura così attenta. All'accettazione personale gentile e qualificato, l'animazione composta da veri cantanti e ballerini professionisti. Ho usufruito per mio figlio di 8 anni del mini club, organizzato benissimo per fasce di età. Hanno intrattenuto i bambini con molta pazienza e divertimento. Mare spettacolare, escursioni organizzate dalla struttura anche. Se ci tornerei? Si. Lo consiglio? Vivamente. Grazie Voi floriana.

Struttura molto curata, piena di servizi e con uno staff eccellente

Ho apprezzato particolarmente la varietà e abbondanza del cibo, le attività sempre varie e coinvolgenti e il mare stupendo. Comodo il servizio all inclusive. Lo staff è gentilissimo e preparato. Complimenti!

Ho trovato scomoda la stanza, che mi sembra troppo stretta, non c'è infatti neanche un mobile dove poggiare le valigie. Al finestrone manca la zanzariera, per poter arieggiare la stanza anche di notte, e inoltre in bagno bisognerebbe mettere qualche appendino in più.

This resort really has almost everything. The staff is extremely friendly, and I would especially like to praise Karola, the fitness instructor with incredible energy and attitude. Thanks to her, I actually worked out on holiday, which I normally never do. The rooms are standard for the price — clean and adequate. The food is very good, varied, and there are plenty of fun activities. One thing to be aware of for foreign guests is that everything is in Italian, and very few of the staff speak English, so if you are expecting evening shows or explanations in English, this won’t be available. For us this was not a big issue. However, there is one major problem that I find unacceptable and very disappointing. When you arrive at the resort and take towels, you leave a deposit, which is completely normal. What no one tells you — neither at reception nor by the pool staff — is that the resort has a “no reservation” policy for sunbeds. This would not be an issue if it was properly communicated, but it is not explained anywhere. Here’s what happened: one day we left our towels, bag, books, sunglasses and personal things on the sunbeds while we went to lunch for 20 minutes. When we returned, all of our belongings had been cleared away and thrown onto a big pile together with other tourists’ things. Our towels were mixed up with dozens of others, our bag was tossed disrespectfully onto the pile, and our books ended up wet because other people’s damp towels had been thrown on top. I had very expensive sunglasses in the bag, and luckily they weren’t broken, but they easily could have been. The worst part was seeing many other angry tourists in the same situation — none of us had ever been told about this policy, and yet our personal belongings were being handled and thrown around. This is not only disrespectful, but also potentially damaging to valuable items. I cannot understand how this can be considered acceptable. If you go swimming in the sea or pool, should you also carry all your things with you in fear they’ll be thrown away? It makes no sense, especially since the resort was never full and there were always free sunbeds available. This one policy — and especially the way it is enforced without any explanation or warning — completely ruined the experience for us (we will be still here 7 more day but needed to write). It is the only reason why we would not return to this resort. A guest’s personal belongings should never be treated this way.
