Ich habe eine einfache Unterkunft erwartet und sie auch bekommen. Ich bin sehr freundlich begrüßt worden und konnte sogar noch das Zimmer wechseln - das fand ich sehr entgegenkommend. Geschlafen habe ich sehr gut.

Das Zimmer roch nach kaltem Qualm und ein furchtbarer Duft. Haben ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Wir waren froh das wir nur 2 Nächte da waren.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Ich konnte nach vorheriger Anfrage bereits zwei oder drei Stunden vorher einchecken. Toller Service, danke dafür! Vom Hauptbahnhof kommt man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zum Hotel. Super!

So leid es mir tut...mein Zimmer war eine verranzte alte Ekelbude. Der Türgriff wackelte, bei der letzten Renovierung wurden Fußleisten etc. wohl nicht richtig abgeklebt und es wurde einfach wild Farbe drübergepinselt. Der Einstieg ins Bett war unter der Dachschrägen. Da muss man sich schon etwas verrenken. Die Dusche habe ich nicht benutzt. Die Duschkabine hatte Rostflecken und sah alt und verdreckt aus. In der Ecke neben der Dusche war ein gekräuseltes Haar, welches definitiv nicht von mir war... igitt. Wenn ich das sehe, dann kann die Reinigungskraft das auch sehen. Leider musste ich das Zimmer kurzfristig buchen und viele andere Hotels waren schon ausgebucht. Dadurch war das Zimmer auch noch unverschämt teuer. Das Frühstück war einfach und ganz ok, aber weit weg von "Hervorragend".
