Woke up with bed bug bites!

Found bugs in our bed, told desk and they were polite and swapped it out. There was burn marks and sticky spot on bed, again sheets were swapped so we were okay. Until a day or two after our stay. We realized we were covered in bites. If I could post a picture here I would show, contacted them today and they said they will let management know. We are super chill and travelers for work and totally not picky. The sheet away was cool, we ignored the stains and the hole in ceiling but the bites on our bodies is my line drawer. I never leave reviews but people deserve to know.

After reading the reviews for this place, I was expecting to be staying in a dump with bedbugs. Upon walking in, the room was fairly clean. Bathroom was okay. Nice shower, but mold on shower curtain. Ice machine did not work. 1 washer, 1 dryer that were always in use. No elevator. Took me a day to get an extra blanket. For a cheap motel, I would stay there again.

Took 20 minutes for the clerks to find our reservation and another 20 minutes before house keeping cleaned the room while we waited outside in the rundown parking lot where there was a guy painting the crumbling building (between multiple drug deals with random cars. He even told us that he also works there in house keeping.

You know its bad when checking in they give you one towel, and two little bars of soap. And I had to go back for the toulet paper.

My room was so nasty. There were blood stains all on the comforter. They tried telling me it was from painting the walls brown. The walls were beige. My toilet had dried crap all over the toilet seat and in the toilet and the shower had a mat inside it with mold all on it and it smells horrible! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It also was very scary and I felt unsafe.

Given a towel, soap and toiket paper wgen i checked in. No wash cloth or hand towel. Requested non smoking room. Went back to front desk to exoress my concern. Was told it was non smoking. Went into bathroom later while barefoot and walked on a bunch of gravel

The room could have been a bit cleaner. The sheets were mostly clean. The bedspread had stains. The staff did promptly address a repair concern that I had. The owner is friendly, but you have to work with him a bit, he has obviously been burned by a lot of bad customers.

Probably one of the most run down hotels in quad cities i had orepaid on hotels.com but then once i tried checking in not to mention took over 30 minshe says the payment was being declined and he didnt care thst i had a receipt showing it was paid on hotels.com so i had to psy cash to even stay
