"Alles super, leider Komplikationen mit Poolnutzung"

Alles war super.

Leider war der Pool gesperrt, weil Reparaturarbeiten stattfanden. Da wir die Unterkunft wegen des Pools gebucht hatten, waren wir sehr enttäuscht, da wir darüber im Vorhinein nicht informiert wurden. Die nette Dame am Empfang gab uns den Rat uns mit Booking.com in Verbindung zu setzen, um einen Preisnachlass zu erhalten, da wir ja schließlich auch für den Pool mitgezahlt hatten, den wir nun nicht nutzen konnten. Leider war nun die Rückmeldung von Booking, dass die Unterkunft zu keiner Einigung bereit war. Booking hat uns dann 11,47$ auf unseren Reisewallet gutgeschrieben. Das ist nun doch sehr enttäuschend und entspricht nicht unserer Erwartung von hervorragenden Service. Ohne diese Situation hätte die Unterkunft jedoch volle Sterne erhalten, da alles andere klasse war.
