The Manager Mr. Ton was amazing gentleman, manage to prolong my booking at the hotel at reasonable rate. Have stayed here many times, but this time the Manager made warm welcome.

From a Dream Trip to a Disappointing Experience We booked a higher-tier room through Agoda for our family vacation, looking forward to a relaxing and memorable stay. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the hotel had received a different booking — a lower-tier room than what we had paid for. Despite Agoda’s efforts to contact the hotel and request that they honor the original booking (which they were fully capable of doing), the hotel refused to cooperate. Instead, they insisted we pay extra if we wanted the room we had already booked and paid for. There was no willingness to help, no empathy, and no attempt to resolve the issue. The most heartbreaking part was watching our child become visibly upset and confused during the long and stressful argument. In the end, we had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay. We told them: "If you don’t want us as your guests, we’ll go elsewhere. But please know — we will never use your service again. Because what you ruined wasn’t just a booking, but a child’s excitement, trust, and the joy of a long-awaited family trip." This experience turned what should have been a joyful holiday into a deeply disappointing memory. We hope no other family has to go through the same.
