"Good enough bedroom, bad breakfast, horrible front desk staff"

Location

Front desk staff (specially manager) has a very condescending attitude. Breakfast works based on vouchers, and although My reservation clearly included them, every time was a hustle with the front desk with: “are you sure you have breakfast? Let me check it again”. The vouchers must be picked up every morning and options available on the “included breakfast” are bad compared to what is available for sale. Not worth it at all. Lastly, I was overcharged on about $80. I am still waiting to check if my CC will cancel it.
