Friendly, personable staff make you feel welcome. The room is clean and the bed was so comfortable you sleep very well. Good shower with an abundance of hot water and there are toiletries if your travelling light. Breakfast has enough of a selection to ensure you don’t start the day hungry. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the train station and the market Square, Our Lady’s Cathedral it’s in a quiet area so your not bothered by traffic or tourist noise. We have been very happy by our stay and would gladly stay here again.

Really pleasant hotel in a good location. The owners were really friendly and helpful and our room was lovely and more than adequate for our needs. The breakfast was good, but just a continental selection which might not suit everyone. The hotel was less than a 10 minute walk to the central area with plenty of restaurant choices nearby. We arrived by car and used the free parking on the outskirts of Brugge and it was around a 10 minute walk from the parking to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return if I ever go back to Brugge.

Just off the centre (Markt and Burg) - a 5 minute walk. Quiet and convenient for the road system to the railway station. Comfortable and friendly. Rooms quite small but cosy. Staff speak English well.

This hotel was easily the best of Belgium. It is very well located a few minutes walk from the historic center of Bruges. The room is very comfortable and impeccably renovated with everything looking in showroom condition. The bed was comfortable but the pillows provided were extremely high and after mentioning it, the next morning a new more reasonable pillow was provided. Made the stay really good and showed that they can accommodate as needed, so don't hesitate to ask. The windows are amazing. Although my room was right in front of the bus terminal, I heard nothing thanks to double-glass window and metal blinds controlled mechanically.

Great hotel in a great city. Convenient location to walk into town. Large Saturday market across the street. Breakfast was convenient and tasty. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Parking in public lot was close by and easy. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located closed to the train station and main attractions. This hotel is family managed-very friendly, ready to help. They provide an excellent breakfast. The rooms seem renovated and are very comfortable. The hotel doesn't have elevator, but it is just three floors.

This hotel is small and conveniently located. Our room was spacious and very clean. The people running the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and they provide free WiFi. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station as well as the Market Plaza. There is a bus terminal located across the street if you wish to use public transportation but everything that we wanted to see was within walking distance.

Hotel a bit old but otherwise the stay was ok. Good location and the double window prevented noise from the outside
