As usual this property is always welcoming and accommodating.
Everything of the hotel is very clean, staff is awesome.
There was a constant smell in our room that smelt like dirty mop water or sewage problem. This must be a continuous problem as when I logged on to check reviews there were other reviews that did mention this. Unfortunately there is only 2 hotels in Perry.
Great considering they just had a hurricane
The bathroom and shower floors were dirty. Look like they hadn’t been mopped. The room was freezing when we entered. We turned the thermostat to 68 and by morning the temp was 80. There was no fruit on the breakfast buffet. Hotels.com rated this hotel an 8.6. This was way too high of a rating. It was not worth what we paid.
Staff overall, was friendly, but did not have clean towels readily available day or nights. Breakfast staff was very very nice, but I recommend the hotel spray a little better around food areas for small insects. Otherwise, one of only two nice hotels in the area.
