Gorgeous views ! Room was nice and clean, very calm and peaceful getaway. We left behind a belonging and they shipped it to us without charging shipping. Exceptionally kind staff, good vibes all around !

"The breakfast was great and the staff were top notch."

Great hospitality and staff. Our room was very nice and comfortable.

The driveway was very narrow and steep and parking was tight. I think maybe the description should provide a little more detail. Our SUV was fine, I am not sure we could have gotten to the lodge in a low clearance vehicle.

"WE LOVED IT!"

Don was "on it" since I first booked the trip! We set up an extra day to our weekend for a wedding at the Kaya Viyard, 25 minutes away. We had a relaxing evening at the Bed & Breakfast after driving up from Atlanta airport from Philly. Don told me about a hike he does in the mornings to a waterfall close by after breakfast... His Breakfast was amazing!! My wife and I were so happy we did the hike, even though we forgot our hiking shoes/sneakers... We did it in dress shoes (me) and crocks for my wife! Don is so knowledgeable about all the trails, plants, vegetation, animals, all of it... and explained everything in detail as we hiked! It was an amazing tour! We even enjoyed the fire, which was quaint and perfect for the wind-down to our evening. Michelle and I can't wait to visit again. If you ever have the opportunity, take advantage of Don's old school hospitality and friendly vibe.. I highly recommend the stay! In a nutshell, this place is CLEAN, NEAT, GORGEOUS VIEWS & SUNSETS, DELICIOUS BREAKFAST, PERFECT SNACKS, COMFORTABLE BED, WE WERE APPRECIATED & TREATED VERY WELL, WELCOMED!!!

.....I could have seen a BEAR! That would have been awesome! :) I know my wife would not have appreciated that.

Beautiful home. Wonderful view.

Driveway was super steep and needed a bit of repair. They are working on that.
