Trish and Norm are amazing hosts. We stayed in the private cottage which was so cutely decorated and perfectly located on the vineyard. Breakfast was delicious daily! This is in a GREAT location -- close to both Niagara-on-the-Lake (historic town and wineries) as well as Niagara Falls. Loved our stay here!

We loved our stay at the Green Oaks. The breakfasts were amazing, the location was great for cycling around to visit various wineries. Highly recommend!

The perfect place to stay for our anniversary getaway. Everything was clean, decorated beautifully, and the breakfast was delicious. The hospitality and care were spot on. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Trish is a wonderful host! She greeted us with a smile and showed us the grounds, breakfast area and our room. The always available filtered ice water and ice is a very nice touch. Breakfast each day was fabulous! We needed to leave early on Monday, so Trish packed us a to-go coffee and a breakfast sandwich (also fabulous). She is easy to talk with and informative regarding Niagara on the Lake and surrounding area. Overall, just a wonderful relaxing stay.

Trish was a wonderful host. The room was clean and the bathroom was brand new. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with multiple courses so you could have something you like. Trish had refillable water bottles filled with filtered water and available to take on day trips. Location was very convenient as it was located in the winery section of Niagara Falls and an easy 10-15 car ride to the falls or Niagara on the Lake. Quiet in the evenings so you are not dealing with the tourist crowd. Highly recommend booking this B&B.

The property was EXTREMELY clean and well kept. The shower was immaculate and cleaned to perfection. And I must say, I don't give out these compliments easily especially given how overly picky I am about cleanliness. The host was also incredibly patient and hospitable. And the breakfast was also simply amazing!! If you are looking for a nice getaway that is affordable, comfortable, clean, with a very kind/professional host, this place cannot be beat!!
